The Beckham Law

Special Tax Regime

Spain’s “Beckham Law” (formally Ley de Impatriados) allows new tax residents to pay a flat 24% tax on Spanish-sourced income instead of progressive rates up to 47%. Foreign income (except employment) is tax-exempt. Valid for 6 years. Available to digital nomad visa holders and qualifying new residents who haven’t been Spanish tax residents in the prior 5 years.
