Nature of Services

OZ Capital Corporation is a certified advisory firm specializing in international residency, citizenship planning, offshore trusts, company formation, and tax planning. OZ Capital acts as the direct representative of each client, coordinating with vetted execution partners on the client's behalf. Partners engaged by OZ Capital act as subcontractors under OZ Capital's direction and oversight.

Advisory Relationship

When you engage OZ Capital, we act as your direct advisor and representative throughout the process. We review your situation, develop a strategy, and coordinate with licensed professionals in each jurisdiction to execute the approved plan. OZ Capital remains your single point of contact and maintains oversight of all work performed by execution partners.

Execution Partners

OZ Capital engages licensed service providers in various jurisdictions to execute client strategies. These partners operate under OZ Capital's direction as subcontractors. OZ Capital selects, vets, and monitors all execution partners. However, each partner is an independent professional entity responsible for their own professional standards, licensing, and regulatory compliance. OZ Capital is not liable for the professional negligence of execution partners, though we maintain oversight and will intervene if execution deviates from the approved plan.

Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate and complete information in all documents and applications. You acknowledge that misrepresentation of facts may result in application rejection, legal consequences, and termination of our engagement. You retain final decision authority on all matters and assume responsibility for decisions made based on our advisory guidance.

Fees and Payments

OZ Capital charges advisory fees, case management fees, and structure maintenance fees as agreed in your engagement letter. All fees are quoted in USD. Payment is accepted via USDT (cryptocurrency) and, where available, credit card. Fee schedules are provided before any engagement begins. OZ Capital reserves the right to adjust fees for new engagements with prior notice.

Confidentiality

OZ Capital treats all client information as strictly confidential. We do not disclose client identities or details to execution partners beyond what is necessary for case execution. Partners are bound by confidentiality agreements. Client data is stored securely and handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Accuracy of Information

We make reasonable efforts to keep the information on our website accurate and up to date. However, immigration rules, tax laws, and program details change frequently across all jurisdictions. We do not warrant the completeness or accuracy of any information on this website. Always verify current requirements before making decisions.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, OZ Capital Corporation shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the fees paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Termination

Either party may terminate the advisory relationship with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, OZ Capital will provide you with all documents and work product related to your case. Fees for services already rendered are non-refundable. Confidentiality obligations survive termination indefinitely.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the British Virgin Islands. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration administered under the rules of the BVI International Arbitration Centre.
